The Best of Both Worlds

SGST bridges the gap between expensive 1-to-1 personal training and overcrowded fitness classes. You will train in a dedicated group of no more than six people. This coach-to-client ratio guarantees that we will have eyes on every single lift you perform, ensuring your technique is safe and effective.

Even though you are training as a group, your progress is personal. Every member follows a structured program tailored to their current ability, lifting history, and goals.

Track every set, rep, and personal best through our dedicated coaching app. We remove the guesswork so you can focus on the lift.

A Reserved Spot

No fighting for equipment. You have a reserved block in our schedule, meaning a rack and barbell are always waiting for you.

Constant feedback on your technique, plus a community of 60+ members to keep you accountable and consistent week after week.

Program Only. You get the exact same progressive, expert-designed training blocks delivered directly to your phone, allowing you to execute the EDGE methodology wherever you are.

Personal training. Our coached programmes are written specifically for you and the time and equipment you have available, whether that’s three days a week with full gym access or half an hour everyday with no equipment at all.

Online coaching. weekly check-ins and feedback via video analysis to make sure you are improving and kept accountable
