Program only
Access our 3 day a week strength training program, empowering you to train independently.
You will have access to the program through our app, which provides video demos and tracking so you can see your progress.
Connect with others following the same program via our WhatsApp group, where you’ll find ongoing support, insider tips, and invitations to social events.
You also get access to our member hub containing delicious recipes, calming meditations, lots of training information, journaling templates and breathing guides.
As well as this we’ll give you one free small group coached session to meet the team, plus each block we host a Zoom Q&A where you can ask whatever you want about the program.

Personal Training
Personal training at EDGE is fun, educational and empowering. It is available in person, or with a hybrid/online approach.
Our coached programmes are written specifically for you and the time and equipment you have available, whether that’s three days a week with full gym access or half an hour everyday with no equipment at all.
Our initial focus is on moving well then we apply the principles of progressive overload to build strength over time.
We can teach you the fundamentals of how nutrition can support your goals, whether they are performance based, fat loss or to build muscle.
We also have experience of helping many people overcome injuries and can help you understand how to strengthen weaknesses and train around limitations.
