Payment and cancellation

Membership payments are taken monthly, from the day you sign up.

If you would like your payment to come out on a different day of the month, please let us know and we can reschedule it.

If you need to change your payment details, you can update these in the app (just go to your Profile).

If you miss a payment for any reason, your upcoming bookings will be cancelled. Please let us know if this happens (so bookings can be reinstated once payment is made), or if you anticipate having any difficulties with payments.

Cancelling your membership

There may come a time when you wish to move on, we wish you luck.

If you do wish to stop, you can cancel your membership directly in Evini (go to the Memberships section), but please do let us know as well.

Please note, there is a minimum membership term of 2 months, and a 1 month notice period for cancellations.
