Our ‘Learn to Lift’ is a 5-week, small-group course designed to teach you the fundamentals of strength training in a safe, supportive, and ego-free environment.

Master the Basics with Confidence

Walking into a strength and conditioning facility for the first time can be intimidating. That’s exactly why we built the Learn to Lift course. We remove the guesswork, the pressure, and the complex jargon.

Over five weeks, you will learn the mechanics of the Squat, Bench Press, Pull Up and Deadlift from the ground up. You will train in a private group with other beginners, ensuring you get the patience and attention required to build a solid foundation.

This course is for you if:

  • you are looking to build strength and learn to move with good technique.
  • you prefer a small, supportive group setting where you feel comfortable and safe.
  • you want to be coached by compassionate and experienced professionals.
  • you may want personalized guidance to accommodate injuries or limitations.

The Learn to Lift course isn’t just a one-off bootcamp; it is the runway to your long-term health. Once you graduate, you will have the technical proficiency and confidence required to transition directly into our Small Group Strength Training (SGST) squads.
