In addition to our weekly timetable, we are running a series of specialized, practical workshops. These are designed to break down complex movements, sharpen your alignment, and build long-term lifting intent.
Each workshop will include group coaching and individual form analysis so everyone can learn from watching the setups.
All workshops will be held on Tuesdays at 6:30-8pm at an investment of £40
Deadlift Masterclass (Tue 21st July)
Master your pull from the ground up. We will cover the complete setup from scratch: approaching the bar, building full-body tension and bracing, optimizing grip and body positioning, and how/when to effectively use a lifting belt.
Intro to Olympic Lifting: The Snatch (Tue 28th July)
A beginner-friendly breakdown for anyone curious about the most technical, fluid lift in the gym.
Bench Press Workshop (Tue 4th August)
Optimize your mechanics for a stronger, safer press. We’ll break down the setup, active scapular positioning, leg drive, and how to maintain a stable, powerful arch.
Mastering the Kettlebell Swing (Tue 11th Aug)
The swing is an incredible powerhouse movement, but it’s frequently misunderstood. We will drill hip-hinge mechanics to maximize efficiency, protect your lower back, and explore advanced variations to build explosive power.
The Squat; Technique & Intent (Tue 18th August)
Master your deep positioning and learn how to drive powerfully “out of the hole.” We’ll cover specific hip and ankle warm-ups, and utilize banded barbells to teach you how to build speed and acceleration from the bottom position.
Intro to Olympic Lifting: The Clean & Jerk (Tue 25th Aug)
Learn the fundamentals of receiving position, power generation, and overhead stability in a safe, progressive environment.
