Summer Strength

EDGE Summer Strength sessions offer extra variety and a different kind of challenge to your training. They are an awesome addition to your existing membership!

Unlike our regular structured strength programming, these sessions focus on variety, technical skill work, and building a strong aerobic base.

You can expect a mix of metabolic conditioning, barbell cycling, and skill development for new or complex movements.

Because they are designed for you to dip in and out without interrupting your core progressive overload programming, they are perfectly flexible for your summer holiday schedule.

Session Times:

  • Mondays: 8:00 AM & 7:00 PM
  • Wednesdays: 7:00 AM & 7:00 PM
  • Fridays: 8:00 AM

Each session is strictly limited to 6 spaces and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Investment £25 per session.

Exciting news: These holiday sessions are not limited to members! We would love for you to invite friends and family along so they can experience what we do and join our fantastic community.

Please note that these summer sessions are non-refundable. However, if your plans change, feel free to use our community WhatsApp group to swap spots or arrange changes with other members!
