Small Group Strength Training Memberships and Schedule

Programmed and coached training
Our membership program is structured with 3 training sessions a week all of which should take around an hour or less.
We run in cycles of 6 to 8 week blocks that run in alignment with South Glos schools term time and we use the holidays to deload.
Each block has a different focus that rotates throughout the year for well rounded development. All sessions are full body to ensure balance in your training no matter how many sessions you are able to complete each week.
Whatever membership you choose your program comes with exercise video demos and guidance notes around the intention of the block and how to make progress.
Membership
With a coached membership you’ll join us in the gym as part of a small group (max 6) to do these sessions with a coach. We will help you move well, choose appropriate loads and tailor the plan to make personal adjustments to work around limitations or injuries.
In person sessions run term time only. To cover the ‘between term’ times, deload sessions are set. Over the longer summer break we offer additional sessions and seminars, and provide individual deload sessions for you to follow on your own (or with other members of the community).
When you sign up you will be able to select the weekly sessions you want to attend, which will then be booked automatically to guarantee you a space at your preferred day and time.
You will have access to your program in our dedicated app, which provides video demos and tracking so you can see your progress and see what’s coming up. It also allows you to change your booked sessions (dependent on availability) if you need to.
You can connect with others following the same program via our WhatsApp group, where you’ll find ongoing support, insider tips, and invitations to social events.
On top of all that you also get access to our member hub containing delicious recipes, calming meditations, lots of training information, journaling templates and breathing guides.

Investment
All members get access to the 3 day a week strength training program, but there are varying prices for how many in person coached sessions you want to attend.
EDGE small group membership is a year-round program, with coached sessions are only available during south glos school term times. During the holidays flexible gym and home workouts are provided to follow independently.
To accommodate the gap in coached sessions over the summer,we provide two payment options for you to choose from.
Please note the overall cost for both is the same.
Option 1: 12 monthly payments
This option lets you spread the annual cost equally over 12 months.
With this option you will make payments during months when there may be no in-person sessions. This approach simply helps you manage the cost of your membership consistently throughout the year.
- 1 in person session per week – £90 per month
- 2 in person sessions per week – £150 per month
- 3 in person sessions per week – £200 per month
Option 2: 11 monthly payments (summer payment break)
This option offers the same annual cost as Option 1, but with slightly higher monthly payments over 11 months. This allows you to enjoy a payment break during the summer (15th July to 15th August). You will still have access to the program to complete independently during this time.
- 1 in person session per week – £98.19 per month
- 2 in person sessions per week – £163.64 per month
- 3 in person sessions per week – £218.18 per month
Independent training
Not everyone can make all 3 sessions a week, so they are written in a way that allows you to follow them independently. If you are unable to attend any coached sessions, but still want a program to follow, then you can buy just the program.
