Courses

New to the gym, want a refresher or to develop your technique, our courses may be just what you need.

Learn to Lift

A 5 week course to learn the fundamentals of using the gym. No experience is necessary, and at the end of the course you will get a 6 week program to take away, and a pass for free trial session of our small group strength training.

Level up your lift

An 8 week course to develop your technique in the gym and understand some of the theory around program practices, so you can get the most out of your time in the gym.
