Strength training where everyone is welcome.
Our primary program is structured with 3 training sessions a week all of which should take around an hour or less.
We run in cycles of 6 to 8 week blocks that run in alignment with South Glos schools term time and we use the holidays to deload.
Each block has a different focus that rotates throughout the year for well rounded development. All sessions are full body to ensure balance in your training no matter how many sessions you are able to complete each week.
Whatever membership you are on your program comes with exercise video demos and guidance notes around the intention of the block and how to make progress.

Program only – but it’s more than just a program!
£25 per month
Join our community and access our 3 day a week strength training program, empowering you to train independently.
The app provides video demos and tracking so you can see your progress.
Connect with others following the same program via our WhatsApp group, where you’ll find ongoing support, insider tips, and invitations to social events.
As well as this we’re giving you one free small group coached session to meet the team, plus each block we host a Zoom Q&A where you can ask whatever you want about the program.
On top of all that you also get access to our member hub containing delicious recipes, calming meditations, lots of training information, journaling templates and breathing guides.
Monthly membership

All the benefits of program only, and more!
With a coached membership you’ll join us in the gym as part of a small group (max 6) to do these sessions with a coach. We will help you move well, choose appropriate loads and tailor the plan to make personal adjustments to work around limitations or injuries.
In person sessions run term time only. To cover the ‘between term’ times, deload sessions are set. Over the longer summer break a program is provided to do independently (or with other members of the community).

Class packs
From £30
Passes to attend coached sessions without the monthly commitment. Great for those on a program only membership to book in for occasional in person sessions, or for those on monthly subscriptions to top up with extra days.

Remote coaching
£55 per month
An excellent complement to program only and in-person training, offering a coach’s eye on your independent training. Get detailed feedback on form and technique as well as adaptations and tweaks to the program as needed.
We can help with set up to make sure you are getting an effective stimulus, even if you don’t have gym access. On top of that we will keep you accountable with weekly check-ins.
Personalised program with remote coaching
£75 per month
Add an extra days programming specifically for you each week. To be followed independently, and done in addition to the main program or instead of one of the days.
You’ll get weekly check-ins and feedback via video analysis to make sure you are improving and kept accountable.
Whether it’s sport specific, injury prevention or conquering a personal challenge we’ll design something to meet your needs. Perhaps you have a race coming up? Maybe you want to get your first pull up, rehabilitate from an injury or address another limitation.
