Learn to Lift for Older Adults
A 5 week course that covers the fundamentals of using the gym with a focus on progressive, functional strength with balance and power work.
There is also an educational element in the form of short talks and take home resources where we cover the following topics;
- Demystifying pain & movement
- Nutrition for Strength and longevity
- Managing Common Conditions e.g. Arthritis
- Building a Lifelong Habit
This course is for you if:
- you are looking to build strength and learn to move with good technique.
- you prefer a small, supportive group setting where you feel comfortable and safe.
- you want to be coached by compassionate and experienced professionals.
- you may want personalized guidance to accommodate injuries or limitations.
