Small Group Strength Training

A coached strength program where movement quality is prioritised, and you will train as part of a community.

It is lots of fun, really supportive and a great way to meet new people

Each term has a different focus, but all programs are full body training, well balanced and built on the concept of progressive overload. You will work hard, but with plenty of fun, rest and a real focus on good form.

Everyone follows the same program, but individual modifications are made where needed.

What's included?

A program of three sessions per week (during term times) for you to complete one, two or all of.

Expert coaching, guidance and support

The option to have one, two or three of the weekly sessions coached in person at EDGE (membership dependent)

Access to our App to manage attendance, view/follow the program, and track your progress.

Additional program/s to follow during the longer summer break between termsĀ

When they run

Small group strength training programs are run though the year in line with school terms (6 terms of 5-8 weeks per year). Payments are taken monthly to spread the annual cost over the year.
