Services

Services are generally run as ongoing monthly memberships where you attend the sessions at the same time each week (with classes during term times) . However, some one-off sessions are available as outlined below.

Small Group Strength Training

Monthly plans

Regular guaranteed slot/s without the need to book on each week – but with the option to change where needed and availability allows.

    • 1 in person session per week – £90/month
    • 2 in person sessions per week – £150/month
    • 3 in person sessions per week – £200/month

Note: In-person small group sessions only take place during school term times

Pay as you Go

Buy individual or blocks of passes to book and attend sessions at your convenience (can be bought in addition to, or instead of a monthly plan):

  • 1 session: £30
  • 5 sessions: £140
  • 10 sessions: £250

Courses

Courses are run for a fixed period, and for a one off fixed cost

Learn to Lift / Ladies that Lift

    • 5 week course, one session per week –  £125
    • Includes free pass for Small Group Strength Training

Level up your lift

    • 8 week course, one session per week –  2 monthly payments of £90

Weightlifting for Beginners

    • 6 week course, one session per week –  £150
