Written and facilitated by a certified menopause specialist coach, this program provides a supportive and insightful journey through the menopausal transition.

The course aims to:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of the physiological and psychological changes of menopause.
  • Learn about the science behind tools for managing common symptoms.
  • Explore how to optimize your lifestyle, including exercise and nutrition.
  • Connect with other women who understand and offer mutual support.

We’ll create a safe and supportive space where you can share openly or simply listen and learn. Expect a blend of informative discussions, practical exercises, and reflective moments. We’ll address both the physical and emotional aspects of menopause, with a focus on empowering you to navigate this transition with grace and confidence.

By the end of the program, you’ll have a renewed sense of self, a clearer vision for your future, and the tools to embrace this new chapter with vitality and joy – It’s time to thrive

Course details:

In Person – up to 12 spaces available

  • Next intake date TBC. Sessions are 90mins BS16
  • Investment: £200. 

Online – 20 spaces

  • Starts Monday 15th Spetember @ 7:30-8:30pm. Investment £200
