Ladies that Lift

A 6 week, ladies only, course to learn the fundamentals of using the gym.

No experience is necessary, and at the end of the course you will get a 5 week program to take away, and a pass for free trial session of our small group strength training

This course might be for you if:

  • you want to learn how to build strength with good technique
  • you have a gym membership but don’t feel confident using the free weights
  • you have weights at home and want to learn to use them effectively
  • you are interested in joining our small group strength training, but want a slower introduction before you do
  • you like the idea of learning to use weights in a safe, welcoming and supportive environment with qualified and experienced coaches.
