Summer Sessions

Summer’s here, and we’re excited to get started with our summer session timetable.

What to Expect:

Our summer sessions focus on variety, different skills, and have a more cardiovascular feel.

You’ll see things like metabolic conditioning, barbell cycling, and skill work for new or complex movements.

The best part? They’re designed for you to dip in and out without worrying about progressive overload, making them super flexible for your summer schedule.

Each session has 6 spaces and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

These sessions are a great introduction, and offer the opportunity to book in to ad hoc sessions when available without an ongoing commitment.
