Summer Strength

EDGE Summer Strength sessions offer extra variety and a different kind of challenge to your training. They are an awesome addition to your existing membership!

Unlike our regular strength training, our summer sessions focus on variety, different skills, and have a more cardiovascular feel.

You’ll see things like metabolic conditioning, barbell cycling, and skill work for new or complex movements.

The sessions are also designed for you to dip in and out without worrying about progressive overload, making them super flexible for your summer schedule and managing around other commitments.

Each session has 6 spaces and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
